Our Pastor
Pastor Aaron Zimmerman
Pastor was called to serve the saints of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Farnhamville and Immanuel Lutheran Church in Pomeroy beginning June of 2019.
Pastor grew up in Minnesota in the Twin Cities area. He attended Concordia University St. Paul and got an elementary education degree. He taught Kindergarten and First Grade at a Lutheran School in Dubuque, Iowa for three years. While teaching he met his wonderful wife, Jennifer.
Jennifer taught the Fourth/Fifth Grade class and grew up in Dubuque. She attended Concordia University, Seward where she got a bachelor of education and bachelor of arts in music. While teaching she got a masters in music education from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, WI.
Pastor and Jennifer have been blessed by Our Heavenly Father with three beautiful girls.
Pastor and his family enjoy hiking, canoeing, playing, gardening, fishing, spending time with family and having their lives center around Christ and His church.
Pastor graduated with a Master of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary, Ft. Wayne and recently got a second masters degree (a Sacred Theological Masters). For his second masters he wrote a thesis on the topic of justification and the imputation of Christ's righteousness.
Pastor enjoys talking to people about Christ and His Word. Feel free to stop by the church anytime to visit with him!
